We are a safe place to go. Being around other people with addiction backgrounds is important to us and you will be welcomed without any judgement at all. The only thing you have to do to access our services is want to be there, no appointments or referrals needed!

Peer Led Support

We are not counsellors or therapists, we are people who have experienced and suffered with addiction and found a new way of life in recovery. We believe our own experiences can help you gain recovery yourselves. We understand that addiction and recovery can be hard work and overwhelming for people and we offer our guidance and support to help you in and along your journey to recovery.

Outreach Work

We offer a service where we can come out to homes, hospitals etc. where we can try and offer our support. We understand that some people struggle to leave there homes or could be stuck in a hospital so we can come to you!

Family Support

We also provide Family Support. This is crucial for the families. The ripple affect of addiction can rip through families and friends. First Step Recovery Family Support Groups are here to offer both family and friends guidance and support for your loved ones in addiction.
